To enable email notifications when a topic or forum you have designated interesting is changed:

Go to the User Control Panel on the top right, under your name.
Then click on Board Preferences tab.
Then click on Edit Notifications Options tab.

There you are able to select how you are notified.

There is a wonderful 24 volume set of Swedish tunes, which is based on transcriptions from the turn of the last century (100+ years ago.)
